GREGORY M. SMITH
Broker, ABR, State Certified Real Estate Appraiser
Greg has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal. This experience stretches from Navarre Beach to Walton County’s 30A community and beyond. He’s been a licensed real estate broker since 1989 with brokerage experience in residential, commercial, investment and development properties. Greg has been involved with commercial property leasing, residential subdivision development and has extensive experience in the marketing of foreclosure properties. He is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (CertGen#RZ1170) with decades of experience in residential and commercial appraisal, including subdivisions, condominiums and light industrial. His background prior to this was in insurance, commercial lending and mortgage lending.
On the personal side, Greg was born in Fort Walton Beach just months after his parents arrived at Eglin AFB. He and his wife of over 36 years have raised three children along our Emerald Coast. And he is proud to have one of his sons, Caleb as part of the Seahorse Realty family. Greg is very active in his church and also loves playing and enjoying a variety of music as often as time allows.
Greg has always considered it a blessing to live full time where others come to vacation. He has watched and participated in the amazing growth of our beautiful area and would be happy to put his experience to work for you!
CALEB SMITH
Sales Associate
Caleb was born and raised in the Fort Walton Beach area. He is a Choctawhatchee High School alum and is currently earning a B.S. at the University of West Florida. While Caleb is a fresh face to the real estate scene, he has over 8 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry. This experience serves him well when it comes to meeting client needs.
When Caleb is not working real estate he is either in the gym or chasing his passion for all things JEEP®. Growing up on the Emerald Coast has been a great experience. With its world class beaches, amazing seafood, and all this area has to offer, Caleb says “I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.” And he would love to share this experience with you.
